Walloon Woodies Wooden Boat & Car Show 2026

The Walloon Woodies are a community of Walloon Lake wooden boat owners who gather each year to celebrate classic craftsmanship and summertime tradition. Held on the first Saturday in August, the event features a memorable parade of wooden boats traveling down to the Village of Walloon, bringing together locals and visitors who appreciate the history, design, and care that go into maintaining wood-hull boats.

The centerpiece of the day is the Wooden Boat & Car Show, with boats displayed at the Village Docks from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM and classic cars showcased at Circle Park from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly way to experience Walloon Lake’s unique culture, whether you’re arriving by boat, strolling the docks, or checking out the vehicles on display in the park.
